Donald St carpark demolition project had quite a few out of the ordinary challenges.
The neighbouring residential building was only centimetres away from the carpark before Demolition. We used our 50 tonne excavator with a pulverizer jaw to ‘chomp’ through the multiple levels of the concrete carpark with a staff member working on a hose for dust suppression.
