Multiplex Constructions, $1M, 2019
This was a complex project involving the removal of the main Greenhills Shopping Centre, some 42 tenancies and structural steel frame removal. We faced the challenges of working to a demolition program and organizing demolition activities in the same zones as major construction. Coordination was paramount to co-exist with other trades on site. This project was completed on time.
